Delivery times may be longer for special orders or items that require sizing. If we foresee a delay in delivering your order within this timescale, we will contact you. Macintyres cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery by the Royal Mail due to seasonal conditions or strike action.

Due to weight and size restrictions, some watches will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class signed for service, which will take approximately 2-3 working days. If you require faster delivery, please get in touch.

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for online purchases* (please note exceptions below). Returns can be made in-store or by post.
* Exceptions - Personalised, special order items and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty. Items purchased in our showroom can be returned for an exchange or credit note within 30 days. We do not offer refunds for items purchased in our showroom.
