Delivery times may be longer for special orders or items that require sizing. If we foresee a delay in delivering your order within this timescale, we will contact you.

International Delivery

Please be aware that if you are outside of the UK you will not be charged UK VAT but your item may incur import duty in your country. This charge will be invoiced directly to you (if you are having it delivered to yourself outside the UK) or to the recipient by the carrier upon delivery. If you wish to know the amount chargeable please contact you or the recipients local  tax authority.

Returns Policy for Online Purchases 

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for online purchases* (please note exceptions below). Returns can be made in-store or by post.

* Exceptions - Personalised, special order items and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty. Items purchased in our showroom can be returned for an exchange or credit note within 30 days. We do not offer refunds for items purchased in our showroom.

At Macintyres we pride ourselves on our extensive expertise. No other jeweller in Scotland has two full-time award winning gemmologists and two qualified diamond fellows of the Scottish Gemmological Association.

Our Showroom is Open!

Our spacious 3,000 sq ft showroom has reopened. We are delighted to welcome you back to shop with us in-store, no appointment required. We have completed a full risk assessment and updated our ways of working to protect both our customers and staff and to ensure we provide a safe and enjoyable experience for you in-store. 

As well as the four C’s of diamonds, we have the four S’s in place; Sanitiser, Safety shields, Sneeze screens and Social distancing, so you can visit Macintyres showroom safe in the knowledge that all you will be taking home with you is a stunning piece of Macintyres jewellery.

We have Scotland’s largest jewellery showroom with thousands of dazzling items, from simple silver earrings to the most gorgeous engagement rings. Best of all MEMBERSHIP IS FREE.

We can GUARANTEE that if you work for any of the banks, building societies, insurance companies, forces, NHS, local councils or educational establishments then you WILL already have free membership and there are about 8,000 other companies that are members too.

To register in store, you can either bring a temporary account card - supplied when the account has been set up - or proof of employment (for example an ID card or payslip).
