All orders are sent by Royal Mail and will require a signature.

Delivery time

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 working days of order confirmation. Delivery times may be longer for special orders, items out of stock or items that require sizing.  If we foresee a delay in delivering your order within this timescale, we will contact you immediately to advise you and ask you to confirm that you still wish to proceed with your order.
 

Collect your order in store

If you would like to pick your order up in-store, require rapid delivery or have special delivery instructions, please contact us.

Tracking your order

You can track the progress of your order by logging into your “My Account” page at any time. We will email you when your order has been dispatched and provide you with a Royal Mail tracking number,which will allow you to track the delivery status on their website.
